Creech St. Michael - Blossom
Flower to flower
Petal to petal
Pollen to hive
Wow its bee heaven
-- Toby Willcocks --

It was all just blossom and some quite big trees
Pears plums and walnuts scattered there
Crab apples for pollen and quince
The blossom was nice but it started my hay fever.
Sneezing for the rest of the day.
-- Samantha Dinham --

Buzzing about the buzz of me
Bees make honey

Grey squirrels love apple pips
Wind breaks and alder trees doing a special job

Orchard at autumn with rosie red apples
-- Beth Tarr --

Group Poems
I flew into the orchard to see the blossom
Pink white and purple
-- Ellie Bradley --

Miseltoe high up in the sky
Pink blossom all pink and fluffy
Just starting to grow

Tractors scatter the field
Wind blows with breeze
Trees smell with blossom
It smells so sweet
It is all so pink and fluffy
And then it grows and grows
-- Cameron Isherwood --

Trees with blossom
Twinkle with white
Grows everyday
Never makes a noise

I am a nectar collector
I go in and out of blossoms
I make my honey
And go back to my hive

I carry nectar on my legs
And carry it to my hive
I sting people
When they come too close

But they go home
And eat my honey
Spread it on toast
For their dinner.
-- Harriet Chinn --
